A joyous rollicking romp through the life of one Tim Jacoby, cursed from birth with the label, “Cute.” Alternately hilarious and poignant, it follows Tim’s sexual maturation and relationships from preschool through adulthood.

As an extraordinarily cute child, Tim endures incidents of sexual abuse at the hands of both older males and females, emerging as a well-endowed, promiscuous teenager, whose insatiable libido leads to trouble. After he is caught committing adultery, his first marriage disintegrates, and his family and friends turn away, sending him into a downward spiral of depression and self-loathing.

A journalist by trade, and a natural at the pool table, his remorse eventually leads to a life on the road of unsavory gambling, frustrating attempts to write, and alcohol abuse. Left paralyzed and comatose after being attacked outside a pool bar, Tim eventually recovers with the help of a nurse who takes a particular interest in him, however the trauma leaves him with near total amnesia. When his memory suddenly returns after an encounter with an old friend, he is thrown into utter despair when forced to relive the sins of his past.

With an endearing cast of unique female characters, Cute is a tour de force in depicting the lifelong emotional maturation of a man whose talents, libido and conscience dictate his direction at every turn.
