I finished R. LeBeaux’s latest novel with a large, goofy smile on my face. CUTE is a rollicking, hilarious, sad, shocking, rumbustious saga that will touch the heart of anyone who has ever loved, lost and hoped to love again. Loaded with endearing characters and clever plot twists, the story navigates expertly between the shoals of slapstick and melodrama, leaving in its wake a running stream of belly laughs, chuckles and throat lumps. This novel is compulsively readable and vastly entertaining, conveying an honest realism seldom found in today’s literary fiction. Highly recommended!
